Terms & conditions

Aussie Loop is a tour discovery and booking referral platform. We curate and showcase tours operated by independent third party operators. When you book through Aussie Loop, your contract for the tour is with the operator, not with us. Please read these terms before booking.

1. About Aussie Loop

Aussie Loop (operated by Traveloris) is an online platform that curates and facilitates bookings for tours, experiences and activities offered by independent operators across Australia. Aussie Loop acts as a reseller and booking agent, not as a tour operator.

Our platform is powered by the Traveloris booking portal, which connects to operator inventory via Rezdy and Livn booking systems. Bookings made through Aussie Loop are subject to the terms and conditions of both Aussie Loop and the relevant tour operator.

2. Bookings and Contracts

When you book a tour through Aussie Loop:

Your booking is made directly with the tour operator via our platform.

Your contract for the tour, including any health, safety, liability and conduct requirements, is with the tour operator.

Aussie Loop facilitates the transaction and earns a commission from the operator. This does not affect the price you pay.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

By completing a booking through Aussie Loop you agree to the operator’s terms and conditions, which are made available during the booking process.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on Aussie Loop are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are set by tour operators and may change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely via the Traveloris booking portal. Aussie Loop does not store your payment details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by operator and tour. The specific policy for each tour is displayed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

In general:

Cancellations made outside the operator’s cancellation window are typically eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within the operator’s cancellation window may be subject to partial or full cancellation fees.

No show bookings are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are processed by the operator and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

To request a cancellation, contact us at info@aussieloop.com.au or contact the operator directly using the details in your booking confirmation.

5. Tour Changes and Cancellations by Operators

Tour operators may occasionally need to cancel or modify a tour due to weather, safety conditions, minimum passenger numbers or other circumstances outside their control. In such cases:

You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided at booking.

You will be offered a rebooking, credit or full refund at the operator’s discretion.

Aussie Loop is not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of operator cancellations or changes, including but not limited to accommodation, flights or transfers.

6. Our Role as a Reseller

Aussie Loop curates tours based on editorial judgement. We do not accept payment for placement or ranking of tours on our platform. Our curation is independent.

However, Aussie Loop is not the tour operator and is not responsible for:

The quality, safety or delivery of any tour or experience.

Any injury, loss, damage or disappointment arising from a tour.

Inaccuracies in operator provided tour descriptions, photos or availability.

Operator insolvency or failure to deliver a booked tour.

Any disputes relating to the delivery of a tour should be raised directly with the operator in the first instance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aussie Loop’s total liability to you in connection with any booking or use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Accuracy of Information

Aussie Loop makes every effort to ensure tour descriptions, pricing and availability displayed on our platform are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a tour you have booked, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your booking at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

10. User Conduct

By using the Aussie Loop platform you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Make fraudulent or speculative bookings.

Reproduce, distribute or commercialise any content from the platform without written permission.

Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform or its underlying systems.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Aussie Loop including text, images, logos, design and code is owned by or licensed to Aussie Loop and Traveloris. You may not reproduce or use any content from this site without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at aussieloop.com.au/privacy. By using our platform and making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
