Start your curated itinerary with a visit to Bridestowe Lavender Farm from September to March for a unique look at the lavender paddocks and a cheeky stop at the gift shop or cafe. From April to August, delve into history at Legerwood Memorial Tree Carvings with stories of local soldiers remembered in expertly carved memorial trees.

Wander the lush Welborough Pass on a short Myrtle Rainforest Walk, learning about Tasmania's ancient trees and ferns from your knowledgeable guide. At the famous Bay of Fires, if the timing is right, taste some of the freshest oysters you'll ever try from Lease 65 before enjoying lunch and a beach stroll at Binalong Bay and Taylor's Beach.
